What deletion removes

A completed request permanently removes your MotoTunePro authentication identity, account profile and subcollections, Garage vehicles, inbox messages, AI reports and usage records, flash-session records, uploaded logs and calibrations, linked tester applications, tester App Check records, and temporary account-export archives from MotoTunePro’s active systems.

What deletion does not remove immediately

Local settings, photos, backups, ride logs, crash logs, and other files stored on your phones or computers.
Information already sent to an AI provider, which follows the provider’s applicable retention controls and MotoTunePro’s contractual deletion options.
Limited security, fraud-prevention, legal, backup, or transaction records retained where reasonably necessary or required.
Anonymous diagnostics that were intentionally submitted without an account identifier and cannot reasonably be linked back to the deleted account.

MotoTunePro does not currently process production Google Play subscriptions. If marketplace billing is introduced, deleting the MotoTunePro account will not itself cancel Google Play billing; the subscription must also be canceled in Google Play.

Sign in to verify the request

Sign in with the MotoTunePro account you want deleted. Authentication helps prevent another person from deleting your account.

If you cannot sign in, email support@mototunepro.com from the account email address. Additional verification may be required.
